Electric forklifts, electric stackers and electric pallet stackers have 2 years warranty. Within warranty period we provide you with spare parts, online support and service, maintainence work in our facilities.
Most spare parts are available and can be delivered fast to you. Prior delivery however, it is expected that damaged/not working part is delivered to us to examine it.
Yes. Our Electric forklifts and electric stackers are build in a way that they are using standard components, therefore, anyone with sufficient experience can inspect and maintain it.We also provide Manual and instructions.
No. If the electric forklift, stacker, electric platform is damaged because of human mistake and were damaged on purpose, repairing is not covered by warranty.
Yes. We can perform service/maintainence in on of our facilities.
Shipping costs vary based on weight and size of electric stacker, forklift. We devided the costs in three categories which can be checked on Delivery page.
Goods will not be processed or shipped before we receive the funds. After the funds are received we process the order in one day and then in 3-5 working days, you will receive the goods. If the product is not at stock we will let you know in one working day.
We deliver in all EU countries, UK, Switzerland, Norway, Serbia and Bosnia and Hercegovina.
Yes. You can return the product within 3 days after you have received it. Shipping costs are covered by customer.
When we receive the product back we will inspect it and if everything is ok and product is as new, we will refund you in 5 working days.
